补阳还五汤治疗稳定型心绞痛的系统评价

摘　　要：目的 :系统评价补阳还五汤治疗稳定型心绞痛的有效性与安全性。方法 :运用系统评价方法 ,检索补阳还五汤治疗稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验,筛选合格研究,评价研究质量,应用Jadad评分法进行质量评价。结果:经筛选纳入6篇文献,共509例。Meta分析结果显示:补阳还五汤治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床有效率合并RR(95%CI)为1.310(1.18,1.43);心电图有效率合并RR=1.19,(95%CI)为1.19(1.05,1.36)。结论:补阳还五汤有益于提高稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。但由于本系统评价纳入研究质量低且样本量小,药物安全性不明确,尚需高质量随机对照试验进一步评价。Objective：To systemic evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating stable angina pectoris. Methods：Using system evaluation method,the randomized controlled trials of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating stable angina pectoris were searched and screened to evaluate the quality. Jadad score method was used to evaluate the quality. Results：Total 509 cases in six papers were selected. Meta analysis showed that the clinical efficiency with RR（95%CI） of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating stable angina pectoris was 1.310（1.18,1.43）. The efficiency of ECG with RR=1.19（95%CI） was1.19（1.05,1.36）. Conclusion ：Buyang Huanwu decoction was beneficial to improve the clinical effect of angina pectoris. However,due to the low quality and small sample size,drug safety was not definite,the randomized controlled trials with high quality were still needed to evaluate the quality of the system.
