龙血竭和神经营养联合治疗灼口综合症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价龙血竭口服和双侧下颌神经营养封闭联合治疗灼口综合症(BMS)的疗效。方法:将灼口综合症患者60例随机分成实验组1、2和对照组各20例。实验组1使用龙血竭口服和维生素B1,B12双侧下颌神经封闭治疗,实验组2维生素B1,B12双侧下颌神经封闭治疗,对照组使用口服维生素B1和甲钴铵片治疗,2%碳酸氢钠含漱,疗程均为6周。结果:实验组患者BMS症状都有不同程度的缓解,对照组作用不明显(P<0.05);6周后实验组1症状改善程度明显好于实验组2(P<0.05)。结论:龙血竭口服和双侧下颌神经营养联合治疗BMS效果明显。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of using dragon blood and neurotrophic medicine in patients with burning mouth syndrome. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly assigned to three groups,group 1 were treated with dragon blood and neurotrophic medicine,group 2 were treated with neurotrophic medicine,the control group were treated with vitamin B1,methylcobalamin and 2% Na HCO3. All of the patients were followed-up and observed after six weeks. Results： The success rate of group 1 and 2 were higher than the control group after six weeks（ P 〈0. 05）. The effect of improvement in symptoms of group 1 was better than group 2（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The patients with burning mouth syndrome have gained apparently beneficial treatment effect of dragon blood and neurotrophic medicine.
