摘  要:微波消融作为热消融的一类,能够产生更高的热能,治疗甲状腺结节。一些研究表明常规手术和微波消融术对甲状腺结节进行治疗相比,两者的结节清除率差异无统计学意义,微波组产生并发症的机率低。超声引导经皮穿刺微波消融治疗甲状腺结节在门诊即可完成治疗,节约了医疗资源;创伤小,安全可靠,疗效确切,副作用小,达到美容和经济实惠的效果,易于为患者接受,成为可以替代外科的新型的甲状腺结节病的治疗方法。Microwave ablation(MWA), as a kind of thermal ablation therapy, can treat thyroid nodules through a higher heat energy. Many researches reported that treatment effect to thyroid nodules by conventional surgery and MWA did not show significant difference in the rate of nodule clearance. A lower incidence of complications was found in MWA group. Ultrasound guided percutaneous MWA in treatment of thyroid nodules can be performed in clinic, which could save medical resources. Ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA is a minimally invasive, feasible, definite effective, technique for benign thyroid nodules. Its safe and reliable, curative effect, little side effect is good for beauty and cost, and could replace traditional surgical treatment for thyroid nodules.
