摘　　要：由于生活节奏和生活习惯的改变以及生存环境的恶化,慢性非传染疾病在我国呈现"井喷式"增长,加之社会人口老龄化,发病人数急剧增加,已成为影响居民健康和生活、阻碍经济社会发展的重大公共卫生问题和社会问题。互联网医疗就是把过去应用传统方法采集到的医疗信息通过可穿戴的智能医疗设备上传至平台,将所得数据进行分析,为临床诊断治疗提供依据。"互联网+"概念的提出,使得互联网医疗走进大众视野,对于防治慢性病有积极作用。本文对互联网医疗应用于慢性病防治进行了展望,同时分析了当前存在的问题,为"互联网+"概念在慢性病监测中的应用提供理论参考。Due to the change of the pace of life and lifestyle and living environment deterioration and population aging, chronic non-communicable diseases in our country with ＂blowout＂ growth has become the major public health problem and social problem which affect residents＇ health and life, hinder economic and social development. Internet medical is uploading the medical information collected by traditional method to the platform through intelligent medicine equipment. It will analyze the obtained data and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The concept of ＂Internet ＋＂ makes the Internet health care into the public view, which have a positive effect for the prevention and control of chronic diseases. In this paper, we prospect the Internet plus concept applying to the prevention and control of chronic diseases, and at the same time, analyzes the problems of prevention and control of chronic diseases in the current in order to provide theoretical reference for the concept of ＂Internet ＋＂ applied on chronic disease control and prevention.
