摘 要:目的讨论10种辽产中药之间相互关系,为该类中药的研究提供启发和思路.方法采用MATLAB7.1软件建立数据库,收录10种辽产中药的微量元素含量作为反映分类特征的变量,以药物名称作为变量,进行模糊聚类分析.结果当选取阈值λ=0.6时,所有药物聚为七类.当λ=0.7时,药物分为八类.当λ=0.8时,药物分为九类.结论运用模糊聚类分析方法将有类似功效的药物归类,有利于讨论中药之间的相互关系,对于深入研究中药的性质和研制提供了科学依据.Objective To discuss the interrelations among 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines produced by Liaoning,and to provide inspirations and thoughts for researches on this kind of traditional Chinese medicines.Methods MATLAB7.1software was applied to establish a database and include the microelement levels of 10 kinds of traditional Chinese edicines produced by Liaoning as variables reflecting classification features,and fuzzy cluster analysis was conducted with medicine names as variables.Results When the threshold valueλ=0.6,all medicines were clustered into seven categories;whenλ=0.7,medicines were clustered into eight categories;and whenλ=0.8,medicines were clustered into nine categories.Conclusion Application of fuzzy cluster analysis method for the classification of medicines with similar efficacy is helpful to discuss the interrelations among traditional Chinese medicines,providing scientific basis for further study on the properties and development of traditional Chinese medicines.
