摘  要:综合干拌法与湿拌法优点,把废旧轮胎以橡胶颗粒的形式湿拌法掺入沥青混合料中,这种工艺使成本减少很多,不仅消化了大量废旧轮胎,而且其性能优于干拌法,与SBS改性沥青混合料路用性能差距不大。综合考虑,橡胶颗粒与沥青混合料湿拌法拌合工艺操作简单、施工方便、成本较低,建议在以后工程实践中应用推广。综合路用性能对比研究得出橡胶颗粒最佳掺量为3%~4%。The advantages of dry mixing method and wet mix method are integrated: The waste tire is mixed into the asphalt mixture in the form of rubber particles. This process brings large cost reduction, consumes a large amount of discarded tires, and its performance is better than that of stem mix method, and similar to SBS modified asphalt mixture road performance. Overall, about the wet mixing method of rubber particles and asphalt mixing, the mixing process operation is simple, construction is convenient, cost is low, so it is recommended to apply in the future in engineering practice. Through comprehensive road performance comparison, it is concluded that the best mixing amount of rubber particles is 3% to 4%.
