摘  要:目的研究神经胶质瘤中长链非编码RNA肝癌高表达转录本(highly up-regulated in liver cancer,HULC)的表达以及临床意义,探讨选择其作为神经胶质瘤标志物的可能性。方法应用red time PCR技术检测30例神经胶质瘤标本中HULC表达,分析HULC表达水平随神经胶质瘤病理级别以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和肿瘤新生微血管密度(MVD)表达之间的关系。结果神经胶质瘤病理组织中HULC表达水平随神经胶质瘤恶性程度增高而增高,与肿瘤病理级别(WHO-II、WHO-III和WHO-IV)呈正相关(P<0.05),与MVD和VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.516,r=0.515,P<0.05)。结论 HULC表达与神经胶质瘤恶性程度和血管生成密度相关,可作为潜在的肿瘤标志物为临床诊断提供依据。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significances of long non-coding RNA HULC in hunman gliomas and its potential for clinical diagnosis. Methods The expression of HULC was measured by realtime PCR assay and the relationship between the expression of HULC and pathological grade, VEGF and MVD in human gliomas were analysed in 30 patients with gliomas. Results The expression of HULC was increased with malignant grade, positive correlation with the grade of gliomas (WHO-II, WHO-III and WHO-IV)(P〈0.05) and the level of MVD and VEGF (r=0.516, r=0.515, P〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of HULC was correlation with the grade of gliomas and angiogenesis, it may be a potential marker for clinical diagnosis.
