摘 要:K-空间用于采集磁共振原始信号,作为磁共振成像(MRI)数据采集以及图像重建时应用的抽象空间,实际上为傅立叶变换中空间频率K所对应的空间。由于所有的MRI参数均受到K-空间的影响,因此要改善MRI成像质量和速度,必须要明确K-空间的含义、性质以及技术原理,从而改善K-空间技术,优化MRI成像技术。常用的K-空间采集技术有:笛卡尔K-空间采集填充、螺旋状采集填充、螺旋桨采集填充、部分K-空间采集技术、匙孔技术、并行成像技术、以及SENSE重建算法和后处理技术。本文就K-空间这些技术的概念、K-空间技术的原理、常规K-空间采集技术的研究进展一作综述,为加速成像,消除混叠伪影、减少运动伪影提高图像质量提供理论依据,为临床取得更好诊断的效果而服务。K-space for collecting magnetic resonance original signal, as MR application in data acquisition and image reconstruction of abstract space, actually for the Fourier transform of spatial frequency of the K space. Because all of the MRI imaging parameters are influenced by K-space, so to improve the MRI imaging quality and speed, the meaning of K - space, nature and technology principle must be clarified. In other words throgh improving K-space technology, MRI imaging is optimized. Commonly used K space gathering technology include descartes K space sampling filling, spiral fitling, propeller sampling space filling, part K keyhole technology, parallel imaging technology, as well as the SENSE reconstruction algorithm and post-processing techniques. In this paper, the concept of the K space technology, the principle of the conventional K space gathering technology, the research progress to accelerate imaging, eliminate aliasing artifacts and reduce the motion artifact, provides the theory basis for improving image quality and support for a better clinical diagnosis effect.
