巡回护士对夜间急症手术的配合要点

摘　　要：目的提高夜间急症手术的护理质量。方法巡回护士通过接入患者前的准备,接入患者时的核对以及接入患者后的护理三大方面来配合,从而提高夜间急症手术的护理质量。结果术前准备充分,可缩短手术开台的时间,为患者赢得宝贵的治疗或抢救时间。接入患者时的核对是必不可少的一部分,必须认真对待。有些急症患者暂时没有联系到家属且自身神智不清的,一般以绿色通道无名氏的身份进入手术室,这样的患者我们也要与大夫仔细核对患者的受伤部位,手术部位,并积极联系行政值班人员,确保手术正常进行。接入患者后对患者的心理护理、皮肤护理,术中与手术大夫、器械护士的配合以及术后对患者的护理都可以更好地保障急症手术的顺利进行。结论从以上三大方面配合要点出发,可以提高夜间急症手术的护理质量。Objective To improve the quality of nursing in emergency operation at night. Methods Through the preparation of the patient before, after the patient＇s check and access to patients with the care of the threeaspects to cooperate, the quality of care for emergency surgery at night improve was improved. Results Suf- ficient preparation before the operation, can shorten the waiting time for operation. Access to patients as anessential part of the requirement need to be taken seriously. Some patients with unconsciousness whose family members can not be found to contact are generally sent through the green channel into operation room. Wehave to carefully check the patient to the injured site surgical site with the doctor, and actively contact exec- utive staff on duty, to ensure the normal operation. After access to＇ the patient＇s psychological care, skincare, cooperation between the surgeons, instrument nurses, as well as after the operation to the patient＇s nursing to be able to better safeguard the emergency surgery to carry on smoothly. Conclusion From theabove three aspects of the key points, we can improve the quality of care in emergency surgery at night.
