摘  要:目的探讨三七三醇皂苷(PTS)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠认知功能的影响。方法 30只SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、糖尿病组及PTS组每组10只。对照组为正常SD大鼠,SD大鼠腹腔注射STZ诱导糖尿病模型,PTS组即糖尿病模型大鼠给予PTS治疗。连续治疗8周后进行水迷宫测试。结果糖尿病组较对照组大鼠空间学习记忆能力减退,PTS组较糖尿病组大鼠空间学习记忆能力改善。结论 PTS可以改善STZ诱导的糖尿病模型大鼠的认知功能障碍。Objective To explore the effects of panaxtrial saponins (PTS) on cognitive impairment in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rat model. Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, including: normal control group(n=10), diabetes model group(n=10), PTS group(n=10). Diabetic rats was established with STZ intraperitoneal injection, rats in PTS group were diabetic rats administered with PTS treatment. After consecutive 8 weeks treatment, Water Morris Maze testing was conducted to assess the cognition of rats. Results Compared with normal control group, diabetes model group showed cognitive decline. Compared with diabetes model group, PTS group showed improved cognition. Conclusion PTS is an effective drug to improve cognitive dysfunction in STZ-induced diabetic rat model.
