摘　　要：2015年6月23日,受强对流天气影响,临安昌化附近遭遇强降雨,暴雨中心区域短历时降水重现期达到40年一遇.暴雨引发小流域山洪,造成严重损失.灾后次日,水文部门迅速组织开展了洪水调查,收集整理了雨情、水情、工情、灾情等基础资料,查明了致灾原因,为灾害评估、灾后重建和防灾体系建设与完善提供科学依据.bDue to the influence of strong convective weather on June 23, 2015 , it encountered strong rainstorm in Changhua ,Lin’an,whose strength reached the return period of 40 years in the storm center, which triggered flash floods and caused serious losses. In the next day, Hydrology and Water Resources Management Department of Hangzhou immediately carried out the investigation about the flood, collected the basic data of precipitation, flood status, project situation, and disaster situation and finally found out the causes of the disaster, which provides scientific support for disaster assessment, post-disaster reconstruction and improvement of disaster prevention system.
