摘  要:建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定银杏外种皮中银杏酸含量的方法 ,色谱柱为InertsilODS 2 ,流动相为甲醇 3 %HAc溶液 (92∶8,V/V) ,流速 1.0mL/min ;柱温 40℃ ;紫外检测波长 3 10nm ;线性范围 :0 .5 72~ 10 .3 0μg(相关系数R =0 .9999) ;检测限 5 .2ng(3σ)。银杏外种皮提取物经一步硅胶柱层析预处理。实验测得银杏外种皮中银杏酸含量为 5 .46% ;平均回收率为 97.5 % ,RSD为 1 9% (n =6)。该方法简便、准确、线性范围宽。A determination method of ginkgolic acids in sarcotesta of ginkgo biloba by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. The chromatographic column was Inertsil ODS-2; with a methanol-3% aqueous acetic acid (92 : 8, V/V) mobile phase, 1.0 mL/min flow rate and 40degreesC column temperature, the detection wavelength was at 310 nm.. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range from 0.572 mug to 10.30 mug,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the limit of detection was 5.2 ng(3sigma). The extracts of sarcotesta in ginkgo biloba was pre-treated by one step column chromatography. The results showed that the content of ginkgolic acids in sarcotesta of ginkgo biloba was 5.46%, the average recovery was 97.5%, RSD was 1.9% ( n = 6). The method is simple and accurate and has wider linear range.
