关于健康教育在胃肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在胃肠镜检查当中的应用效果。方法方便简单选取该院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的208例胃肠疾病患者,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组104例患者,两组均采用相同的检查引导措施和基础健康教育,实验组则在此基础上加用针对性健康教育,比较两组患者检查效果。结果实验组检查准确率96.15%,对照组检查准确率为82.69%,实验组护理满意度为100%,对照组护理满意度91.34%,检查后实验组患者的SAS量表评分(34.38±3.15)分,对照组SAS量表评分(40.78±5.32)分。实验组1级清洁度患者82.69%,2级清洁度患者9.62%,3级清洁度患者7.69%,无4级清洁度患者,对照组1级清洁度患者43.27%,2级清洁度患者36.54%,3级清洁度患者11.54%,4级清洁度患者8.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠疾病患者采用胃肠镜检查的诊断准确率较高,但对患者的检验影响较大,且患者的胃肠道清洁程度会影响患者的检查结果,需要在检查前对患者进行及时的、针对性的健康教育,使患者充分认识到胃肠镜检查的方法和注意事项,帮助患者安全度过检查,并提高患者检查的质量。Objective To explore the application effect of health education in gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods Convenient selected in our hospital in June 2015 to June 2016 from 208 cases of patients with gastrointestinal diseases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 104 cases in each group, two groups using the same check guide basic measures and health education, experimental group, on the basis of this and with targeted health education,compared two groups of patients to examine the effect. Results The experimental group to check the accurate rate was96.15% and control group check accuracy for 82.69%. In the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was 100%, control group of nursing satisfaction 91.34%, check after the experimental group of patients with SAS score（34.38±3.15）points, the control group SAS scale score（40.78 ± 5.32） points. Experimental group 1 level of cleanliness patients 82.69%, grade 2cleanliness were 9.62%,3 clean degree were 7.69%, no grade 4 cleanliness patients, control group 1 cleanliness patients43.27%, 2 grade cleanliness were 36.54%, grade 3 cleanliness patients 11.54%, 4 grade cleanliness patients 8.65%, the difference is obviously statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with gastrointestinal diseases by gastrointestinal endoscopy diagnosis accurate rate is higher, but impact test for patients is larger, and patients with gastrointestinal clean degree will affect the patient＇s examination results, need before the examination of patients were timely, for health education, the patients fully aware of the methods and matters needing attention of gastrointestinal endoscopy, help patients to survive the examination, and to improve the quality of patients examined.
