摘 要:斯帕沙星 (SPFX)在酸性介质中经紫外光照射发生光化学反应 ,其产物与Tb3+ 形成络合物 ,对Ce SO2 - 3化学发光体系有增敏作用。据此 ,采用流动注射技术 ,建立了光化学敏化化学发光测定SPFX的新方法。方法的检出限为 2 .5× 10 - 8mol/L ;SPFX浓度在 1.0× 10 - 7~ 1.0× 10 - 5mol/L范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系。对 6.0× 10 - 6 mol/LSPFX平行测定 11次 ,RSD为 3 .8%。利用该法测定了片剂和胶囊中SPFX的含量 。Sparfloxacin(SPFX) undergoes a photochemical reaction irradiated by ultraviolet radiation in acidic medium, and the photoproduct can form a complex with Tb3+. The complex can sensitize the chemiluminescence (CL) intensity of Ce(IV)-SO32-. Based on the chemiluminescence reaction, a new flow injection-photochemical sensitized chemiluminescence method for the determination of SPFX was developed. The detection limit is 2.5 x 10(-8) mol/L. The relative CL intensity was linear with the concentration of SPFX in the range of 1.0 x 10(-7) similar to 1.0 x 10(-5) mol/L. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 6.0 x 10(-6) mol/L SPFX was 3.8 % n = 11). The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of SPFX in tablet and capsule. An original mechanism was proposed to explain this phenomenon.
