大穴环施基追一体肥对烤烟碳氮代谢关键酶及烟叶内在品质的影响

摘　　要：为研究大穴环施基追一体肥对烤烟生理活性和内在品质的影响,以云烟87为对象,于2015年在湖南永州进行了田间小区对比试验。结果表明:大穴环施基追一体肥模式使烟株各时期维持适宜的碳氮代谢关键酶活性,烟株碳氮代谢协调平衡,烟叶化学成分协调性和内在品质较高。而采用基追肥分开、多次施肥模式,烟株供肥时期后移,烟叶硝酸还原酶和淀粉酶活性相应改变,烟叶化学成分协调性和内在品质下降,施肥量减少相应降低酶活性和碳氮代谢水平。烤烟生长前期一次性大穴环施基追一体肥模式有利于碳氮代谢协调平衡和内在品质的提高。In order to study the effect of integrate basic and topdressing fertilizer applied annularly in big hole on the physiological activity and internal quality of flue - cured tobacco, field plot contrast experiment was carried out in Yongzhou. The results showed that the integrated fertilization model maintained suitable key enzyme activity in carbon - nitrogen metabolism in each period of tobacco plants, tobacco plant carbon - nitrogen metabolism were more balance and coordination, and so lead to more harmonious chemical components and internal qualities in flue - cured tobacco leaf. While the control, i. e. multiple fertilization model, basic and topdressing fertilizer applied separately, caused tobacco nitrogen supply period rewarding, changed tobacco leaf NR and amylase activity accordingly, and hence decreased flue - cured tobacco leaf chemical components harmonious and internal qualities. The treatment of decreased fertilizer amount reduced the enzyme activity and carbon - nitrogen metabolism correspondingly. In short,the model of integrated basic and topdressing fertilizer applied annularly in big hole in the early stage of flue - cured tobacco growth benefited the balance of Carbon - nitrogen metabo-lism and improved the internal quality of flue - cured tobacco leaf.
