摘 要:以水和硫酸锌及水和硫酸铝为主要原料,通过共沉淀的方法制备了Zn∶Al为3∶1的类水滑石(LDHs)型前驱体。采用XRD、SEM、TEM等对LDHs及其煅烧形成的复合氧化物的结构及形貌进行了研究,测试了复合氧化物对大肠杆菌ATCC 2385的抗菌性能,并考察了反应时间,焙烧温度、不同沉淀剂对该复合氧化物抗菌效果的影响。结果显示,反应时间为12 h,焙烧温度为1000℃,沉淀剂为碳酸钠时得到的复合氧化物抗菌性能最为优异。Zn-Al layered double hydroxides(LDHs) precursors with Zn ∶ Al molar ratios 3 ∶ 1 were prepared by mixed co-precipitation method using Zn SO4·7H_2O and Al2(SO4)3·18H_2O. The prepared LDHs and related mixed oxides calcinated from these LDHs were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Then anti-bacterial activity against Escherichia coli ATCC 2385 was carried out by contacting the bacteria with the mixed oxides. The results show that all the mixed oxides possess high anti-bacterial activity against Escherichia coli ATCC 2385 and the best anti-bacterial activity of the mixed oxides can be obtained under the following conditions: the reaction time is 12 h and calcination temperature is at 1000℃ as well as the participator is sodium carbonate.
