摘 要:为有效与充分利用镁渣,提高抹灰砂浆的抗裂性,以水胶比、镁渣掺量、外加剂掺量和木质素纤维掺量为因素,设计正交试验方案L16(45),试验研究了镁渣木质素纤维复合抹灰砂浆的干燥收缩特性。应用正交试验理论分析了各因素的影响规律,及其显著性,微观分析法揭示了镁渣和木质素纤维的减缩机理,最小二乘法建立了抹灰砂浆干燥收缩变形的多元非线性回归模型。试验结果表明:镁渣和木质素纤维对砂浆的干燥收缩变形具有明显的抑制效应,镁渣的微膨胀效应、木质素纤维的保水和拉结效应是使砂浆干燥收缩变形减小的主要内在机制;砂浆干缩变形模型预测结果与实验结果相吻合。In order to make full use of magnesium slag,improve the crack resistance of plastering mortar,taking water binder ratio,magnesium slag content,admixture content and lignin fiber content as factors,orthogonal test scheme was designed to study the drying shrinkage characteristics of magnesium slag and lignin fiber composite plastering mortar by experiment. The influence law and significance of each factor were analyzed by using the orthogonal test theory,the mechanism of using magnesium slag and lignin fibers to reduce mortar shrinkage was revealed by microscopic analysis,and the multivariate nonlinear regression model of plastering mortar shrinkage by the least squares method. Test results show that magnesium slag and lignin fiber have obvious inhibitory effect on the drying shrinkage deformation of mortar,the micro expansion effect of magnesium slag,the water holding and pulling effect of lignin fiber are the main internal mechanism to reduce the drying shrinkage of mortar; The predicted results of the mortar drying shrinkage model are in agreement with the experimental results.
