载银紫砂泡沫陶瓷的制备及抗菌性能

摘　　要：以聚氨醋泡沫为模板,采用浸渍工艺制备载银紫砂泡沫陶瓷.主要研究了 AgN03 浓度、浸渍时间、p H 值、热处理温度对载银紫砂泡沫陶瓷载银量的影响以及不同载银量样品的抗菌性能.实验结果表明,制备载银紫砂泡沫陶瓷最佳工艺条件为AgN03 浓度0 . 1 m ol/L、浸渍时间90 min、PH = 10、热处理温度400 t .制备的载银紫砂泡沫陶瓷孔隙结构均勻,尺寸分布在O. 3 -0. 7m m 范围.银均勻分布于载银紫砂泡沫陶瓷中,使其具备良好的抗菌性能,且随着载银量增大,抗菌效果越明显.Silver impregnated Zisha foam ceramics was prepared by using polyurethane sponge as the template in dipping method. The concentration of Ag NO3,dipping time,pH and heating treatment temperature in effect of silver content of foam ceramics were studied. Antibacterial properties of the foam ceramics with various silver content were also investigated. The results showed that the optimized process of preparing silver impregnated Zisha foam ceramics were concentration of Ag NO3 of 0. 1 mol/L,dipping time of 90 min,pH of 10,heating treatment temperature of 400 ℃. Pore structure of foam ceramics was uniform and range from 0. 3 mm to 0. 7 mm. Silver distribute uniformly in foam ceramics,makes it performed good antibacterial properties. As the silver content increased, the antibacterial activity increased.
