摘　　要：以四川叙永某高岭土为研究对象,采用反浮选-还原漂白-煅烧的原则流程,通过条件试验,并以design-expert7.0软件为辅助,考察了反浮选pH值,捕收剂种类,捕收剂用量;还原漂白pH值,保险粉用量,草酸用量,矿浆浓度,反应时间等对高岭土增白效果的影响,确定了适宜的增白条件,将高岭土白度从54.28%提高到89.69%,可成功运用于陶瓷、造纸、橡胶等工业领域。The Kaolin was determined to take the bleaching experiment from Xuyong in Si Chuan,a principled flowsheet of reverse flotation-reductive bleaching-calcination. The effects of factors including the pH valve and types and dosage in reverse flotation,the dosage of sodium hydrosulfite and oxalate,pulp concentration,reaction time in reductive bleaching on whitening diatomite are investigated by condition experiments and assisted with design-expert 7. 0 software,thus determined the suitable whitening conditions which improved the white degree from 54. 28% to 89. 69%,and this product may be used in ceramic area,paper-making industry,rubber industry and so on effectively.
