摘 要:以河北迁安铁尾矿砂为原料,采用机械与化学-机械活化粉磨制得铁尾矿粉为矿物掺合料,研究了其对混凝土耐久性的影响。通过研究其对硬化浆体的孔结构,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,抗碳化性能以及抗冻融性能的影响得出:化学-机械活化铁尾矿粉最大程度地降低了硬化浆体的总孔隙率与孔隙连通性,同时其抗渗性能优于空白水泥、粉煤灰以及机械活化铁尾矿粉,并且具有良好的抗冻性;但其抗碳化能力略低于空白水泥与机械活化铁尾矿粉混凝土。The iron tailings of Qian 'an Hebei were obtained by the activation of the mechanical and chemical activation. The activated iron tailings powder is used as mineral admixture to be added in concrete to study its influence on the concrete durability. Through the pore structure distribution of hardened paste,the resistance to chloride ion,carbonation resistance and frost resistance and other related experiments,the following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the experimental results: Compared with the iron tailings powder prepared by mechanical activation,the chemical-mechanical activated iron tailings greatly reduced the total porosity and void connectivity of the cement hardened paste. Compared with the blank cement samples,fly ash and mechanically activated iron tailings,the impermeability performance of chemical-mechanical activated iron tailings are better,meanwhile they has excellent frost resistance; but the carbonation resistance can slightly lower than that of the blank cement and mechanical activation iron tailings powder concrete.
