摘  要:采用机械力化学法无害化处置含油钻屑,并初步研究了其降解机制,研究结果表明:含油钻屑的降解效果随着氧化钙含量的增加而增强,当氧化剂掺比为50%时含油率低至2.05%;在含有20%氧化钙的环境中,加入30%二氧化钛或高锰酸钾的降解效果最佳;反应过程中石英遭到破坏,结晶度降低;苯环结构断裂,氯原子开始脱落,含油钻屑得到降解;含油钻屑中仍存在长碳链,且出现游离态的羟基,表明降解不够彻底。The oil drill cuttings was disposed by Mechanochemical method the degradation mechanisms was studied. The experimental results showed that the degradation effect enhanced with the increase of CaO,the oil content as low as 2. 05% when mixing ratio of oxidant was 50%. With 20% CaO,oil drill cuttings could be degraded when add TiO_2 or KMnO4,and the best percent was 30%. The results of showed that the crystal of quartz was destroyed and the degree of crystallinity was reduced. In addition,the benzene ring gradually broke and chlorine atom began to fall,indicatedg that degradation oily drill cuttings has begun. However,there were still long carbon chain and free hydroxyl in the samples,which indicated that the degradation of oil drill cuttings is not complete.
