摘 要:本文采用石英砂尾矿、沉淀法白炭黑以及纳米TiO2部分替代钛白粉添加到苯丙乳胶涂料中制取拥有耐老化、抗菌等优越性能的涂料.试验中制取不同含量石英砂尾矿、白炭黑以及纳米TiO2的涂料样板,干燥后对其耐老化、抗菌等性能进行检测,检测结果表明石英砂尾矿含量从0%-7 0 % 及白炭黑含量从0%-40%变化时,涂膜的硬度逐渐增加,涂膜吸收紫外线能力逐渐增强,涂料老化推迟.纳米TiO2 含量从0 % -1 0 0 %逐渐增加时,涂料的抗菌性逐渐增强,杀菌率高达95%.此外涂膜的反射率下降率从6.6%降到0.6% 表明涂料的耐沾污性得到明显提高;涂料的耐碱性可达96h,耐洗刷次数超过6800次,耐水性达到140h,试验制得的涂膜综合性能高于GB/T9755-2014中优等品的要求.The styrene acrylic emulsion coatings with superior anti-aging and antibacterial properties were prepared by adding the quartz sand tailings,the precipitation silica and the nano TiO_2 to partly replace titanium dioxide. The anti-aging and antibacterial performance properties of the coating templates with different contents of the quartz sand tailings,the silica and the nano TiO_2. The results show that the hardness,the ability of absorbing ultraviolet light and delay coating aging of the coating gradually enhance,when the contents of the quartz sand tailings change from 0% to 70% and the silica from 0% to40%. The antibacterial ability of the coating gradually increases,even reach to as high as 95%,when the contents of the nano TiO_2 gradually increase from 0% to 100%. Moreover,the results exhibit that the reflectivity of coating is declining from 6. 6% to 0. 6%,which indicate that the fouling resistance is improved; The alkali of the coating can reach to 96 h,the wash-ability times are up to more than 6800 times,the water-esistance attains 140 h. The comprehensive properties of the coating super the requirements of GB/T 9755-classy article in 2014.
