摘 要:文章设计了一种基于微带和共面带状线转换结构的宽带平面巴伦。该平面巴伦由3节威尔金森功分器和宽带180°移相器构成。首先,根据威尔金森功分器的设计方法,结合市场上电阻的标称值,优化设计了3节宽带威尔金森功分器。其次,基于微带和共面带状线结构设计了宽带的移相器,最后,将宽带移相器加载在3节威尔金森功分器的输出端口,构建了宽带平面巴伦结构。对设计的平面巴伦进行了制作和测试,测试结果表明,该宽带平面巴伦在2.16-6.04GHz频带内,相位不平衡度小于2.8°,在1.13-6.01GHz的频带内,幅度不平衡度小于0.6d B。A broadband planar balun based on the microstrip-CPS-microstrip transition structure is proposed in this paper. The balun considered here consists of a three-section Wilkinson divider and a broadband 180 o phase shifter. Firstly,following the traditional method,a three-section Wilkinson divider is designed. The optimization is completed according to the normal values of the resistances in the market. Then a wideband 180 o phase shifter using microstrip-coplanar stripline( CPS)-microstrip transitions is presented. Finally,the planar balun is constructed by the Wilkinson divider in conjunction with the phase shifter. The broadband planar balun has been fabricated and measured. The measured results have demonstrated that the phase imbalance is less than 2. 8o across the band from 2. 16 GHz to 6. 04 GHz while the amplitude imbalance is better than 0. 6 d B over the frequency band from 1. 13 GHz to 6. 01 GHz.
