摘 要:目的:建立石墨炉法测定膨松剂中微量铝的方法.方法:用湿法消解和微波消解法消解样品,在257.4 nm 共振线,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定膨松剂中痕量铝.结果:湿法消解和微波消解法均适用于石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝的质量浓度,本方法的定量限(LOQ):22.3μg/L,线性范围是:6.0-200μg/L,加标回收实验的回收率92%-108%.结论:该方法准确、可靠,灵敏度好,可满足膨松剂中微量铝的测定.An improved method of Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (GFAAS)for the determination of trace aluminum in leavening agents was established.Methods The materials were digested using wet digestion and microwave digestion respectively,and aluminum was determined at 257.4 nm resonance line by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results Wet digestion and micro-wave digestion were all suitable for the determination of aluminium by graphite furnace method.Quantitative limit of the method (LOQ)was 22.3 μg/L,the linear range of the method was 6.0 μg/L -200 μg/L,the recovery rates were 92% ~1 08%.Conclusion The method was accurate,reliable and high sensi-tivity,which was suitable for determination of trace aluminum in leavening agents.
