摘 要:为解决地铁车辆直线电机驱动系统现场调试困难、试验风险大的问题,开发了一套基于FPGA建模的半实物仿真平台。提出综合考虑边端效应等各种影响,且适合半实物仿真简单有效的直线电机建模方法,并结合试验进行了验证;给出半实物仿真平台的实施方案,并在该平台上针对真实直线电机驱动控制器进行了测试与验证。结果证明,半实物仿真平台为直线电机驱动控制器的开发与验证提供了便捷、高效的手段。In order to address the difficulty of field debugging and high test risk of linear motor driving system of metro vehicles, a semi-physical simulation platform based on FPGA modeling was developed. A linear motor modeling method, which synthetically considered various effects such as end effects and was fit for semi-physical simulation, was presented and validated. Furthermore,the implementation scheme of the semi-physical simulation platform was introduced, with which, the real driver control unit of the linear motor was tested and verified. The research results showed that the semi-physical simulation platform provided a convenient and effective means for the development and verification of the linear motor drive controller.
