摘　　要：高校安保工作是维护高校稳定的有力保证。文章从校园技防设施的设计原则、目标及框架、任务与要求等方面,详细分析了校园技防设施的功能,希冀对各高校进行新校区技防建设有所帮助。The security work guarantees the stability and teaching order of colleges and universities.Functions of campus safety facilities were analyzed from aspects like design principle,objective,framework,task and requirement in hope of providing help and reference for the technical prevention construction on newly-built college campuses
