摘　　要：单元化生产是解决传统生产方式中存在的库存、响应、空间和搬运等浪费的有效途径之一。本文分析J公司的生产现状,从设备准备、单元布局以及组织人员安排等方面对单元化生产进行构思和实践,论证了单元式生产的优越性,为企业进一步的生产制造提出切实可行的指导思想。Cellular Production is an effective way to solve thephenomenon of materials, time, space and other waste in traditionalproduction. This paper analyzed the before state of J compary. Then itwent into the action plan of Cellular Production application, includingmachine preparation, cell layout and organizational setting. It provedthe superiority of Cellular Production and feasible advice for furtherimprovement of production and operation in J company.
