营口市2011年艾滋病患者哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解2011年营口市艾滋病患者哨点监测结果。方法:2011年对营口市1 856人进行问卷调查,并检测艾滋病、梅毒和丙肝患者。结果:调查1 856人,男男性行为者(MSM)HIV抗体阳性检出率2.75%,其余监测哨点未检出HIV抗体阳性病例。结论:男男性行为者人群是艾滋病高危人群,需加大防治宣传教育。Objective： To investigate the results of sentinel surveillance of AIDS patients in Yingkou city in 2011. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1856 people in Yingkou city in 2011 ,and the patients with AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis C were detected. Results： Among the 1 856 cases, the HIV antibody positive detection rate of the men who had sex with men was 2.75%,while no HIV-positive cases were detected in other sentinel points. Conclusions： The men who have sex with men are at a high risk of AIDS,and it need to increase publicity and education to prevent and control AIDS.
