摘 要:超声回弹综合法检测混凝土的强度是水工混凝土无损检测最常用的方法之一。通过试验探讨了基于超声回弹综合法和立方体抗压强度标准法检测的长龄期混凝土强度关系。结果表明:立方体抗压强度标准法检测的各龄期混凝土强度均高于超声回弹综合法检测的强度;受养护环境的影响,基于超声回弹综合法检测的室内标准养护混凝土试件的换算强度低于现场混凝土构件的换算强度;不同检测方法检测的长龄期混凝土强度与龄期之间均呈指数增长关系。利用最小二乘法建立了基于超声回弹综合法和立方体的抗压强度标准法检测的长龄期混凝土强度关系的数学计算模型。Ultrasonic-rebound combined method is one of the most commonly used methods for nondestructive testing of hydraulic concrete. In this paper, the long-age concrete5 s strength relationship based on ultrasonic-rebound combined method and cube compressive strength stand-ard method was explored. The test results show that: a) the strength of concrete which test by cube compressive strength standard method in each age is higher than that of the ultrasonic-rebound combined method; b ) due to the influence of curing environment, the conversion strength of the indoor standard curing concrete specimen is lower than that of the field concrete structural members ; c ) the relationships between strength and age of long-age concrete which detected by different detection methods are consistent with the exponential growth, d) in this paper, the mathematical model of long-age concrete strength relationship which based on ultrasonic-rebound combined method and cube compressive strength standard method was established by using the least square method.
