摘 要:基于南水北调中线惠南庄泵站主厂房抗拔桩设计实例,对抗拔桩在卵石地层中侧阻力发挥特征、经验公式与现场试验确定的抗拔极限侧阻力进行对比研究。分析表明,在卵石地层中,抗拔侧阻力的发挥受上拔力影响,是一个动态过程。当桩顶荷载较小时,桩身不同深度处侧阻力发挥较均匀;随着桩顶荷载的增加,侧阻力呈现出桩身上部发挥充分、下部发挥较小的特征;桩顶荷载继续增大,桩身下部侧阻力随之明显增大。试验桩抗拔极限侧阻力平均值可达223 kPa,现行规范提出的钻孔桩卵石抗压极限侧阻力标准值范围(140-170 kPa)有待进一步研究扩充。Based on the uplift pile design of Huinanzhuang Pumping Station of the South to North Water Diversion Project, this paper carried out the pull-out test, analyzed the characteristics of the friction resistance of uplift piles in the gravel stratum, and compared the ultimate lateral resistances between the empirical formula and the pull-out field test. The test results show that, under the pulling force effect, the action of the frictional resistances is a dynamic process in the gravel stratum. When the pile top load is much smaller, the side resistance of the pile body is more uniform, and when the pile top load increases, the lateral friction force appears the characteristics of the upper part is full and the lower part is smaller. And when the pile top load continues to increase, the lower part of the pile shaft resistance increases significantly. In this test, the ultimate resistance of the pile is up to 220 kPa, and the standard value range (140-170 kPa) is needed to be further studied.
