摘 要:针对引额济克工程大断面梯形刚柔混合衬砌渠道,应用ANSYS软件,对其冻胀过程进行模拟分析。采用间接耦合方式,首先进行热分析,得到渠道温度场,再转换单元类型为结构场,对结构场施加热分析得到的温度应力场进行结构分析,计算渠道变形场和应力场,进而分析渠道冻胀受力情况及变形规律。结果表明:阴坡冻胀变形较为严重,应采取适当的措施(加厚、加肋等)加以保护。该冻胀有限元分析方法简便易行,可用于大断面渠道抗冻胀设计。According to the large section of rigid mixed lining channels of water diversion from Elgin Francis River to Karamay and using the ANSYS software, the simulation analysis of thermal stress in heave was studied. Using the indirect coupling method, firstly we carried on the thermal analysis and got the temperature field of channel, then converted unit type to structure. Thermal analysis was applied to get temperature stress then the structure. The study calculated the channel deformation field and stress field and then analyzed the frost heaving force and the deformation regularity. The analysis results show that the frost heave deformation of south faced slope is more serious, which should be protected by adopting corresponding measures (thickening and reinforcing) .This method is convenient and can be used for the design of anti-frost heaving of large cross section channel.
