摘　　要：京津冀是全国重要的旅游目的地和客源地,京津冀旅游协同近几年备受关注,但总体表现是"雷声大、雨点小"。无障碍旅游区构建是区域旅游合作的一种重要形式,是跨区域旅游协同的必然选择,实现京津冀无障碍旅游区的构建将极大地推动京津冀旅游协同的进展。文章对京津冀建设无障碍旅游区的必要性进行了研究,分析京津冀构建无障碍旅游区的问题所在,从而提出基于旅游供应链联盟构建京津冀无障碍旅游区的有效路径。The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are a is one of the major national tourist destinations and the resources of tourists. The synergy of the three places has at tracted much attention in recent year. However, the overall performance of the area in tourism seems weaker than the expectations. The barrier - free tourism zone construction is an important form of regional tourism cooperation,and an inevitable choice of regional tourism collaboration. The realization of it among the three places will greatly promote the synergy development in the tourism industry of the area. The article studied the necessity of the barrier -free tourism zone construction and analyzed the problems , thus put forward an effective path of constructing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei barrier-free tourism zone based on tourism supply chain alliance.
