摘 要:[目的]探讨连续护理干预对永久性肠造口病人护理知识和自我护理能力的影响。[方法]随机选取永久性肠造口病人98例,依据护理方法分为研究组和对照组各49例,对照组病人给予常规护理,研究组病人给予连续护理干预,对两组病人的护理知识得分、自我护理能力等进行比较。[结果]出院后1个月、3个月研究组病人的造口护理知识得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);出院前和出院后1个月、3个月研究组病人的自我护理概念、自我护理责任、自我护理知识、自我护理技能评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);出院后3个月研究组病人的造口狭窄发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),出院后1个月、3个月研究组病人的造口周围感染发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]连续护理干预能够有效提升永久性肠造口病人护理知识掌握程度和自我护理能力。Objective:To probe into the influence of continuous nursing intervention on care knowledge and self-care ability of permanent colostomy patients.Methods:A total of 98 patients of permanent colostomy patients in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly selected and divided into study group and control group two groups according to the methods of care,49 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine care,while the patients in study group were given continuous nursing intervention.Results:The colostomy care knowledge scores of patients in study group at a month,3-month after discharge were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05);the self-care concept score,self-care responsibility score,self-care knowledge score,self-care skills score and the total score before discharge and at a month,3-month after discharge were significantly higher(P〈0.05);the stoma stenosis rate at 3-month after discharge was significantly lower(P〈0.05),the infection around the stoma at a month,3-month after discharge was significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.005).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention could effectively improve the nursing knowledge and self-care ability of permanent colostomy patients.
