摘 要:针对DC-DC变换器数学模型中的右半平面零点导致系统输出电压产生负调以及系统响应速度变慢等问题,提出了抑制负调电压的变换器参数设计原则。以Boost变换器为研究对象,分析了电感电流连续且电感完全供能模式(CCM-CISM)情况下负调电压产生的机理,将非最小相位系统占空比发生突变的暂态过程分为负调和超调两个阶段,根据负调电压数学模型分析了电感和电容对负调电压的影响,给出了抑制负调电压的电感和电容设计原则,对提高非最小相位系统暂态和稳态性能具有指导意义。仿真和实验验证了机理分析的正确性以及抑制负调电压参数设计的合理性。In view of the right plane zero of the transfer function in DC-DC converter can cause negative voltage and slow response. The design pripciples of converter parameter for suppressing negative voltage was proposed. Taking the Boost converter as the object of study,the mechanism of the negative voltage regulation in the continuous inductive current and the inductive complete supplying mode is analyzed. The transient process of the non minimum phase system duty cycle is divided into two stages, the negative harmonic and the overshoot. According to the negative voltage, the influence of the inductance and capacitance to the negative voltage is analyzed. The design principle of inductance and capacitance for negative voltage regulation is presented. And this principle has guiding significance to improve the transient state and steady state of the minimum phase system. The validity of the mechanism analysis and rationality of the design of the negative adjustable voltage parameters are verified by simulation and experiments.
