高产、稳产、高抗大豆新品种郑豆0689的选育

摘　　要：郑豆0689是河南省农业科学院芝麻研究中心以豫豆29为父本、自主选育品系QTL069为母本,通过有性杂交和系谱法选择育成的高产、稳产、优质、高抗夏大豆新品种。郑豆0689在2012—2013年在河南省夏大豆品种区域试验中平均产量3 264.15 kg/hm^2,比对照品种豫豆22号增产5.47%;在2014年河南省夏大豆品种生产试验中平均产量3 277.50 kg/hm^2,比对照品种豫豆22号增产15.96%,居8个参试品种第1位;其蛋白质含量平均为42.16%,脂肪含量平均为20.08%,抗大豆花叶病毒病。该品种籽粒商品性好,具有高产、稳产、优质、综合抗性强等特点,推广应用前景广阔,并于2015年8月通过河南省农作物品种审定委员会审定推广,审定编号为豫审豆2015004。Zhengdou 0689 was a new soybean variety which was bred through the sexual hybridization and pedigree selection with Yudou 29 as the male parent and independent selection and breeding strains QTL069 as the female parent by Sesame Research Center of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Zhengdou 0689 possessed characteristics of high and stable yield, good quality and high resistance. The average yield of Zhengdou 0689 was 3 264. 15 kg/ha in the regional trail of summer soybean variety of Henan province in 2012-2013 , which was 5. 47% higher than that of the control variety Yudou 22. Its average yield was 3 277. 50 kg/ha in the production test of summer soybean variety of Henan province in 2014 , which was 15. 96% higher than that of the control variety, and located the first place among the all tested varieties. Its average protein content was 42. 16% , and fat content was 20. 08% with good resistance to Soybean Mosaic Virus. It had high and stable yield, good quality and commodity characteristics, strong comprehensive resistance, wide prospect of popularization and application. It was validation and promotion by Henan Crops Variety Approval Committee in August 2015 ,and the authorized number was Yushendou 2015004.
