摘　　要：分析了市场上的厨房油污清洁剂主流产品的去污力和腐蚀量关系。通过实验开发出了符合行业标准的厨房油污清洁剂。This paper provides analysis on the relationship between corrosive degree and detergency of major products in the market associated with the kitchen greasy dirt cleaning.The kitchen greasy dirt detergent is developed through experiment in accordance with industry standard.
