摘 要:倍半氧化物是评价磷矿质量的重要指标之一。湿法磷酸生产中,随着磷矿品位下降,大量的倍半氧化物进入磷酸导致磷酸过滤困难,浓缩效率下降,MER值升高,高浓度磷复肥质量下降。从磷矿选矿和磷化工两方面阐述降低磷矿及磷酸中倍半氧化物可行性。从选矿角度,利用擦洗脱泥,正-反浮选及双反浮选工艺均可行;从化工角度考虑,非磷酸盐沉淀法技术简单,成本低,具有推广性。Sesquioxide is one of the important index to evaluate the quality of the phosphate rock. In wet-process phosphoric acid, based on the declining of phosphate rock grade, some problems are caused because of a large number of sesquioxide into phosphoric acid, including difficult phosphoric acid filtration, declining of concentration efficiency, increasing the MER, degenerating the quality of high concentration phosphate &compound fertilizer. The feasibility of reducing sesquioxide content of phosphate and phosphoric acid is described. From the perspective of mineral processing, the use of scrubbing-desliming, direct-reverse flotation and double reverse flotation technology are feasible; From the perspective of phosphate chemical, the no phosphate precipitation method is simple, low cost, has the generalization performance.
