摘　　要：重点分析了台湾地区产业联盟的运作、架构及效果,结合山西省产业联盟发展现状,提出了相应的对策与建议,以期为山西省"十三五"期间创新发展提供借鉴。This paper emphatically analyzes the operation,architecture and effect of Taiwan Region’s industry alliance,and connecting with the development status of Shanxi’s industry alliance,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide the reference for Shanxi’s innovative development in the period of Thirteenth Five-year Plan.
