摘  要:少齿差行星齿轮传动具有结构紧凑、传动比大、承载能力强、动作可靠等优点,在工业制造领域得到了广泛应用。为了准确理解其传动原理和动作特点,通过CAXA实体设计软件进行了三维虚拟装配与动态仿真运动摸拟,直观地反映了运动的传递关系,并通过干涉检查减少了设计误差,并对设计理念的可信度进行了有效验证。The transmission of planetary gear with small tooth number difference,which has the advantages of compact structure,big transmission ratio,strong bearing capacity,and reliable operation,etc.,has been widely applied in the field of industrial manufacturing. In order to get accurate understanding of its transmission principle and movement characteristics,this paper carries out the 3D virtual assembly and dynamic simulation movement by using CAXA solid designing software to intuitively reflect the transitive relation of the movement and to reduce the design error through interference checking,and conducts an effective verification for the credibility of the design concept.
