摘　　要：从动态创新的观点出发,对年鉴编纂内容、框架结构和出版方式的创新等方面进行分析,提出了提升年鉴质量、打造出高水平年鉴的途径和方法。Starting from the viewpoint of dynamic innovation,this paper analyzes the innovation of yearbook’s compiling content,frame structure,and publishing form,etc.,and puts forward some paths and methods for improving yearbook’s quality and compiling high levels yearbook.
