基于偏离-份额空间结构模型的皖江城市带现代服务业联动发展研究

摘　　要：运用偏离一份额空间结构模型,对皖江城市带八大城市五类现代服务业的参考地区分量、产业结构分量、空间结构分量、竞争力分量及总偏离分量和总变化量进行了实证研究,结果表明:皖江城市带现代服务业的总体发展水平不高,这与该区域初期产业布局雷同和承接以制造业为主的产业转移的工作重心紧密相关;区域内现代服务业呈梯度发展特点,合肥、芜湖、马鞍山处于第一梯队,其余五市处于第二梯队;第一梯队城市的现代服务业的带动作用不强,核心位置不明显.为获得区域竞争优势,各市现代服务业联动发展过程中最核心任务是优化产业布局,如合肥主要布局批发零售业和金融业,芜湖主要布局批发零售业和房地产业,马鞍山主要布局交通运输、仓储和邮政业和房地产业.最后从观念、机制、产业融合以及战略和格局等四大方面给出了八点具体的发展建议.Use shift-share spatial structure model to analysis the following components of Wanjiang Urban Belt modern service industry： reference area, the industrial structure, spatial structure, competitiveness and the total variation and deviation. The results show： the overall development level of Wanjiang Urban Belt modern service industry is not high, This is related to the similarity of industrial layout in the early stage and its work focus; Gradient development characteristics of modern service industry： Hefei, Wuhu, Ma＇anshan in the first tier, the remaining five cities in the second tier; Leading role in the first echelon is not strong, the heart is not obvious. For obtaining regional competitive advantage, municipalities have a reasonable industrial layout, such as Hefei main layout retail and wholesale and financial industry, Wuhu layout wholesale and retail trade and real estate, Ma＇anshan main layout transportation, warehousing and postal services and real estate. Finally, the paper gives eight suggestions from the aspects of the concept, mechanism, industrial integration, strategy and pattern.
