学生橡皮擦邻苯二甲酸酯类风险研究

摘　　要：目的研究和掌握学生橡皮擦邻苯二甲酸酯类污染状况,为健全学生用品安全监管体系、增强学生用品监管能力提供依据。方法在全市范围内随机采集橡皮擦77份,监测6类增塑剂(DEHP、DBP、BBP、DINP、DIDP、DNOP)、质地、色泽、气味、材质、标签标识、价格等指标。结果(1)共检测77份样品,40份合格,合格率51.9%;(2)DEHP检出率90.9%,DBP检出率37.7%,其他4种增塑剂未检出;(3)DEHP含量最高为44.13,为欧盟标准的441.3倍,DBP含量最高为10.27,为欧盟标准的102.7倍;DEHP的污染情况比DBP严重;(4)不同产地、色泽、价格与增塑剂污染风险无显著性差异;(5)销售单位性质、标签标识是否规范齐全与增塑剂污染风险有显著性差异。结论建立学生用品安全可追溯体系、建立学生用品安全风险监测制度、尽快制订学生橡皮擦卫生标准、加大违法犯罪行为的查处打击力度、积极开展学生健康行为干预。Objective Study and grasp the pollution situation of phthalates in students eraser, in order to improve student supplies safety supervision system, and enhance the ability of supervision.Methods Collect 77 erasers by random within the city to monitor 6 plasticizers （DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, DNOP）, texture, color, smell, texture, Labeling, and prices,etc.Resuhs （1） 40 samples were qualified from 77 samples, qualified rate was 51.9%; （2） DEHP detection rate was 90.9%, DBP detection rate was 37.7%, other four plasticizer were not detected; （3）The highest DEHP content was 44.13, 4.413 times the EU standards. The highest DBPcontent was 10.27, 102.7 times the EU standards;（4）Between different origin, color, price and plasticized agent pollution risk, there was no significant difference; （5）Unit sales of properties,label whether the specification is complete and plasticizing agent pollution risk have significant difference.Conclusions Establish student supplies safety traceability system, establish student supplies safety risk monitoring system, develop student erasers health standards, intensify the acts of crackdown and investigate criminals, and actively carry out student health behavior intervention.
