摘　　要：目的:建立感染性休克小鼠动物模型后,观察穿心莲内酯对早期感染性休克小鼠的影响。方法:采用小鼠腹腔注射内毒素(LPS)造成感染性休克模型,观察穿心莲内酯对模型小鼠的影响。结果:穿心莲内酯能明显改善感染性休克小鼠的肠道水肿,同时可以降低肺、肾、肝脏器损害程度。结论:穿心莲内酯对LPS建立的小鼠感染性休克具有保护作用。Objective： Establishing mice model of septic s hock, to observe the effect of andrographolide on early septic shock.Methods： The mice model with septic shock caused by intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide（LPS）, to observe the effect of andrographolide on early septic shock. Results： Andrographolide could significantly improve intestinal edema, and reduce lung, kidney,hepatic lesion degree of mice model with septic shock. Conclusion： Andrographolide has protective effect of mice with septic shock caused LPS.
