摘　　要：清代官员热衷聘请幕友佐治,幕友虽非官无职,但却是幕主的"心腹",在研判时势、参政议政以及处理具体事务上深受幕主信赖。主张品为上,凸显忠心为主的赤子情怀;识为要,展现聪敏机警超常智慧;才为本,坚守尽心谋事的处世之道。Qing dynasty officials keen to hire staffs, staffs are not official and holds no post, but act the ＂heart ＂ of the Lord. They were trusted by officials in study the situation and trend, politics and dealing with concrete matters.The significance of assisted management thought reflected in moral, knowledge and ability has profound effect on secretary work on later.
