赛肤润预防蒽环类药物化疗性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨赛肤润预防蒽环类药物化疗性静脉炎的临床效果。方法将64例使用蒽环类药物的患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各32例。观察组在化疗前30min使用赛肤润自穿刺点上方沿前臂浅静脉走向喷敷药液2滴，以指腹沿静脉均匀涂抹约10-15cm，并轻按摩4～5min以促进药物吸收，化疗结束后再次在原部位以同样的方法涂抹，直至疗程结束。对照组使用喜辽妥外涂，使用时间和方法同观察组。比较两组静脉炎发生率。结果观察组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论赛肤润操作简单，预防蒽环类药物化疗性静脉炎效果明显优于喜辽妥，更为安全、有效和便捷，可应用于临床护理。Objective To studied the clinical effects of Sanyrene prevented chemotherapy phlebitis caused by Anthracy-dines. Methods 64 patients with using Anthraeyclines were divided into observation group and control group in 32 cases according to random number table method, Observation group using the Sanyrene above the puncture point delay spray forearm superficial vein to apply 2 drops of liquids of 30 min before chemotherapy, with fingertips evenly along the vein about 10-15 cm, and gently massage 4-5 rain in order to promote the drug absorption, after the chemotherapy in the original position in the same way again, until the end of treatment. Control group using the Hirudoid and the time and method same with the observation group.Results The incidence of phlebitis observation group was obviously lower than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Sanyrene to embellish the operation was simple, the effect of prevent chemotherapy phlebitis was superior to Hirudoid, more safe, effective and convenient, worth clinical promotion use.
