长沙市基层妇幼保健机构医疗设备配置与生殖健康相关项目开展情况调查

摘　　要：目的分析长沙市基层妇幼保健机构常用的设备配置情况,探讨不同级别妇幼保健机构设备拥有情况与生殖健康项目开展的关系。方法选择长沙市基层妇幼保健共11家区县(市)级妇幼保健机构、159家街道社区服务中心(乡镇卫生院)作为研究对象。用调查问卷调查各妇幼保健机构截至2013年医疗设备拥有比例及生殖健康相关项目开展情况。结果长沙市基层妇幼保健机构医疗设备拥有的比例随级别的降低而降低,区县(市)级妇幼保健机构中腹部B超、显微镜和血球分析仪的比例较高,达100%,街道社区服务中心(乡镇卫生院)上述设备的比例为97.04%、94.67%和86.98%。区县(市)级妇幼保健机构中,拥有腹部B超和显微镜的比例为100%,其开展盆腔B超和阴道内分泌物常规检查的比例也均为100%。但在街道社区服务中心(乡镇卫生院)其拥有的设备的比例与开展的项目的比例却并未完全一致。结论生殖健康服务项目与其设备的配备情况基本成正比关系,应当继续加强长沙市基层妇幼保机构常见设备的配备比例,以便满足长沙市基层妇幼保健机构日益增长的生殖健康服务的需求。Objective To survey grassroots maternal and child care institutes medical equipment disposes in changsha, discuss the relationship between the different level institutes and the reproductive health programs. Methods Using date of questionnaires on 11 county institutes and 159 community health institutes in 2013 to analysis the rate of medical equipment and reproductive health relate programs in changsha. Results The proportion of equipment of grassroots maternal and child care institutes is different with the different degree institutions, the proportion of abdomen ultrasound, microscope, and blood corpuscle analyzer is higher, which is reached 100%, and same equipments in community health programs reached 97.04%,94.67% 和 86.98%。Proportion of medical equipments and reproductive health programs have the positive relationship,such as the rates of abdomen ultrasound and microscope both are 100% in county institutes and proportions of the pelvic ultrasound and the conventional vagina secretion are 100%, But the proportions of equipment and programs are differents. Conclusions The equipment proportions of grassroots maternal and child care institutes is to be further enhanced;it can not meet the need of growing demand of maternal and children in changha.
