摘  要:目的研究藻蓝蛋白、铁皮石斛多糖及两者配伍对辐射损伤模型小鼠的保护作用。方法 150只昆明雄性小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、藻蓝蛋白组、铁皮石斛多糖组、配伍治疗组,每组30只。灌胃给药,每日1次,连续30 d。除正常对照组外,其余组小鼠采用^(60)Coγ射线全身照射以复制辐射损伤模型。以小鼠30 d存活率和死亡小鼠平均存活时间、外周血白细胞数、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性为指标,研究蓝藻蛋白、铁皮石斛多糖及两者配伍对辐射损伤模型小鼠的保护作用。结果与正常对照组相比,模型对照组的30 d存活率明显下降,死亡小鼠平均生存时间也明显缩短。而与模型对照组比较,藻蓝蛋白组、铁皮石斛多糖组及配伍治疗组小鼠30 d存活率增高、死亡小鼠平均存活时间延长、外周白细胞计数增加、SOD活性与GSH-PX活性升高、MDA含量下降。肝脏和脾脏重量改变不明显。结论藻蓝蛋白、铁皮石斛多糖及两者配伍对辐射损伤模型小鼠均有一定保护作用,其中以蓝藻蛋白与铁皮石斛多糖配伍的防辐射作用最佳。Objective To investigate the protective effect of phycocyanin, dendrobium candidum polysaccharide and their compatibility on radiation model mice. Methods Totally 150 Kunming mice were randomized divided into a normal control group, a model group, a phycocyanin group, a dendrobium candidum polysaccharide group and a drug combination group(30 mice in each group). They were given relevant medicine intragastrically once daily for consecutive 30 d. Radiation injury model was induced by disposabl e full-body exposure ^(60)Coγ ray. The 30 d mice survival rate and mean survival time, the number of white blood cell(WBC) in the peripheral blood, the superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels and glutethione peroxidase(GSH-PX), and the content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA) were used as indexes, to investigate the protective effect of phycocyanin, dendrobium candidum polysaccharide and drug combination. Results Compared with the normal control group, the survival rate within 30 d and the average survival time of the model group were decreased significantly. In drug protection groups of phycocyanin, dendrobium candidum polysaccharide and compatibility of them, the 30 d mice survival rates increased, the mean survival time prolonged, the peripheral white blood cell count increased, the level of SOD and GSH-PX increased, and the content of MDA decreased. The weight of liver and spleen was not significantly changed. Conclusion Phycocyanin, dendrobium candidum polysaccharide and their compatibility can alleviate the damage induced by the irradiation, and compatibility of phycocyanin and dendrobium candidum polysaccharide is most effective.
