摘  要:斑马鱼的固有免疫系统高度保守,与高等脊椎动物具有相同或相似的免疫细胞和信号通路;斑马鱼固有免疫系统的成熟早于适应性免疫,其胚胎只有固有免疫系统,因此,斑马鱼是对固有免疫进行研究的良好模式动物;近年来,多种斑马鱼转基因品系、病菌感染模型、炎症等模型的建立,对研究固有免疫系统发生和免疫应答的分子机制提供了丰富的资源;斑马鱼在药物初期筛选过程的应用也越来越广泛。本文对斑马鱼固有免疫系统相关的研究进展及其应用作一综述。The innate immune system of zebrafish is highly conservative. It has the same or similar immune cells and signaling pathways with other vertebrate animals. In addition, the innate immunity of zebrafish has unique characteristics. The innate immune system matured earlier than the adaptive immunity system. Zebrafish embryo only has innate immunity. Therefore, zebrafish is a good animal model for the study of innate immunity. In recent years, the establishment of many transgenic zebrafish lines, bacterial infection models and inflammation models, provides rich resources to study the molecular mechanism of the innate immune system and immune responses. The application of zebrafish as animal models in early drug screening process is wide. This review summarizes the research progress of zebrafish innate immunity and its application.
