摘  要:目的建立鼻敏感颗粒的定性定量方法。方法以各对照药材为对照,用薄层色谱法对鼻敏感颗粒中各中药进行定性鉴别;以黄芪甲苷、盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱对照品为对照,用高效液相色谱法对鼻敏感颗粒的主要活性成分黄芪甲苷、麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱进行定量研究。结果在鼻敏感颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别中各味药的特征性斑点明显,阴性样品未见干扰;黄芪甲苷在进样量2.432~17.02μg,其对数与峰面积对数呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为95.0%(RSD=2.6%);盐酸麻黄碱在进样量为8.59~550.0μg·m L^(-1)时与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.3%(RSD=2.1%);盐酸伪麻黄碱在进样量为8.60~552.0μg·m L^(-1)时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为95.7%(RSD=4.3%)。结论所建方法可行、重复性好,能有效地控制鼻敏感颗粒质量。Objective To establish the quantitative and qualitative methods for Bimingan granules. Methods Reference medicinal materials were used for contrast, and thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to qualitatively identify various herbs in Bimingan granules; Astragaloside Ⅳ, ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were used as the reference substance, and high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the main active ingredients in astragaloside Ⅳ, ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Bimingan granules. Results All herbs were identified by TLC with no negative interference. Astragaloside Ⅳ was linearity at 2.432-17.02 μg(r= 0.9992), with average recovery of 95.0%(RSD = 2.6%); ephedrine hydrochloride was linearity at 8.59-550.0 μg·m L^(-1)(r = 0.9999), with the average recovery of 97.3%(RSD = 2.1%); while pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linearity at 8.60-552.0 μg·m L^(-1)(r = 0.9999), with the average recovery of 95.7%(RSD = 4.3%). Conclusion The method is feasible, reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of Bimingan granules.
