摘　　要：目的通过门诊药房取药流程改造,进一步提高门诊药房工作效率。方法分析旧流程的弊端,根据门诊药房工作特点和医院的实际情况设计并实施新流程,进行评估。结果实施流程再造后,门诊药房工作改善,患者取药过程便捷舒适。结论依托信息化对门诊取药流程进行改造,大大提高了门诊药房工作效率。Objective To improve the work efficiency and reengineer the workflow in the Outpatient pharmacy. Methods We analyzed the disadvantage of original workflow, designed and implemented the new workflow based on the characteristics of Outpatient pharmacy and real situations in the hospital before the performance assessment. Results The new workflow improved the work in the outpatient pharmacy and brought convenience to patients. Conclusion Reengineering the workflow in the Outpatient pharmacy by information technology significantly improves the efficiency.
